The Manufacturing Process
A controlled four-stage workflow takes your rubber part from raw polymer to tested, dispatch-ready component — engineered the same way, every time, at PN Rubber Products.

Polymer Compounding
Every order begins at the mixing mill, where natural and synthetic elastomers are blended with carbon black, curatives and accelerators to an exact recipe. Batch weights and Mooney viscosity are controlled to deliver consistent compound properties — the foundation of a reliable rubber part.

Hydraulic Press Vulcanization
Compounded rubber is loaded into precision steel moulds and cured on our 20+ hydraulic presses under controlled heat, pressure and cure time. This cross-links the rubber, locking in strength, elasticity and dimensional accuracy for gaskets, seals, bushes and custom mouldings.

Precision Buffing & Trimming
Cured parts move to the finishing line where flash is removed and surfaces are buffed and trimmed. Dedicated buffing machines and CNC trimming give clean edges, tight tolerances and a professional finish ready for assembly or dispatch.

Quality Assurance
Before anything ships, our in-house lab checks Shore hardness, tensile strength, elongation and critical dimensions. Each batch is documented and traceable, so you receive rubber products that meet spec, order after order.
Quality at every stage
ISO-aligned process control, documented batches and in-house testing mean the rubber products you receive match spec — order after order. That's how we've earned 100+ long-term B2B clients since 1998.
